Wow!!!!!!! Blown away!!! My wife and I wanted to do something different on this visit to the Chi. I emailed online, and the assistant general manager, Matthew, was above and beyond helpful. He made sure we were taken care of from the time we hit the door until we left. It wasn't fluff either, he seemed very genuine. We ordered a bottle that they didn't have and he found it and offered for us to come back the next day. The DJ. So we ended up here because I looked up over 40 night clubs. The atmosphere was definitely not that, HOWever, the 80's music was great! I'm telling you if we show up we can show these young cats how it's done! Earth Wind and Fire, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Beyonce, Prince...they were all spun. I don't know who he is but he needs a lot of credit. The lights were amazing. The music wasn't overbearing in tone. Thank you for having us and showing us a good time.

Overpriced bullshit. Don’t waste your time and money. They operate on “exclusivity” being cool. Music is good, but the floor is sticky and drinks are overpriced. Bouncers pretend they’re protecting something special …bullshit. Spend your money and Sat night elsewhere!

Wow! 3 DJs on three different floors. Great vibe! People start dancing here very early. Great club/restaurant/lounge

I was really torn on how many stars to give. I decided to go with stars equal to my experience. Let's start with the bad. There are 20+ reported stolen phones on the Celeste page. I read all of them. The majority report that they got them back. The majority of them also seemed to be by people from other countries, or at least out of state. A lot of them seem to be wealthy. Most of them also have very few reviews at other places. Look man, only God really knows what the deal with all that is. But I saw a completely abandoned, open purse just sitting against the wall on the dance floor and thought it was the funniest thing I'd seen in 2025. I ain't gonna lie, the security mostly acted like they were some guilty mofos. But.... Who knows. Nobody tried to steal my s***. So let's get on with the good, shall we? Best sounding system I've ever experienced, period. I've been to a whole laundry list of the hottest cities in America for music events, and surely a dozen different night clubs by now. This is it. They got it here. I've never heard a bass thump so hard without muddying the sound, besides maybe out the back of some custom hot rod. And best of all, it's actually not too loud. The sound was as close to perfect as it gets. And you know what makes that even better? The music is phenomenal. Point blank. I was there all night from free entry to close, and what I got was about 30% pop (HEAVILY remixed), 20% Disco (often more true to the original), and 50% EDM with some thug s*** sprinkled in. They got some SERIOUSLY fire remixes dude, and most of it is just that- custom sound you literally can't get anywhere else. But honestly, it was kind of hard to tell if the music was so good because the remixes were straight up genius, or if it was just an effect of the quality and being able to appreciate all the details. Somebody said that they play a lot of the same songs most nights, but you will have the time of your life finding out if it's true or not. I can't see how they could have many more songs than what I heard, since I heard hundreds of songs and what sounded like a decade worth of remix crafting. I swear, nothing got monotonous. Huge variety, with nearly every second coming off like a banger. FOR REAL. It's like I'd heard every song before, but zero of the actual versions. So so so so good. Sadly, I cannot remember which day of the week it was that I went. And the dance floor is special too. It's definitely a special material, way grippier than your average dance floor. Yet when some dude taught me how to moonwalk on a spilt drink, it was a piece of cake. Excellent vibes, so much fun to be had. I swear it's so easy to talk over the music when there's zero distorted sibilance. I appreciate the bottle girls too. Their prom night dresses might've been missing a few sequins and their bodies may have looked tired, but they had the right expression on their faces, they got that model walk down, and they were surprisingly in the moment. Oh yeah and remember to wear your best cologne. Somebody complained about the A/C in another review. I wouldnt do that, but, let's just say that scents linger in there pretty hard. You'll smell so good if you prepare. Forgetting deodorant would be a cardinal sin. Hella expensive drinks but I showed up after pounding a 40 with zero comments or dirty looks on the way in, which was free, so. You'd be out of your mind to not call it worth. So if you're from out of state and rich, just don't bring your phone and tuck the only 2 cards you need into your bra. Simple enough, right? Maybe have a friend with pants hold onto your stuff. Do what you gotta do. But as far as night clubs go, this is pretty much it. All they gotta do to make it an 11/10 is open up the roof for smoking. It's not techno, it's DISCO

Viewing this place online, it showed wall to ceiling to floor lights, and when we arrived they told me that was during the summer, so I was a little bit disappointed. I wish it stated that online. Because I was looking forward to seeing all those lights. Other than that, everything else was fine, the drinks were good, the service was great, didn't order food, and the music was music nothing special. I see other people complained that the drinks were overpriced, but hey, your downtown Chicago, what do you expect.... I also saw a lot of negative reviews for the bouncers they were awesome. One bouncer began to card my husband and I and another bouncer walked up behind him and said, oh, just let him in, they are royalty that made me laugh. I will definitely return in the summer when the lights return.
