A few days ago, I ventured into NYC with the intent of heading to the DJI Fifth Avenue store. I wanted to purchase a new DJI Air 3S drone, and I'd heard they had them in stock. In fact, they had confirmed that fact with me on the phone and by replying to my eMail. I met with a guy who's name was Audley, I think; big guy, with a beard. He again confirmed with me that the drone was in stock, but then took the time to talk with me about why I was buying the drone, trying to establish my exact needs. We discussed the drone at length while Audley showed me images from his phone that he had captured with an Air 3S, confirming my notion that this was indeed the drone for me. While I was there, I also watched Audley interact with young, probably ten year-old boy who was interested in an FPV drone. I was thoroughly impressed that he treated this kid as professionally as he had me, answering his questions as if he were an adult. The bottom line is, if you want to get straight answers about DJI products, by someone who knows these products completely and will take the time to fully understand your needs, you should visit the DJI Fifth Avenue. Seek out the Big guy if you can, but I'm sure anyone in the store would have done the same. The store gives off that kind of "vibe." If you can't go to the store, give them a call. My understanding is that during normal times, without all this uncertainty about tarriffs and so on, they can ship items to anywhere in the country. They also hava a fully trained repair staff on site, so if you need something fixed and you're worried about getting a DJI product back through US Customs, give these guys a call. My days of trying to glean out information from places like Best Buy are over. These guys are the source for my DJI products from now on.

I really loved this place. Even they moved to a new location still willing to visit. I bought my 1st DJI to this store, I'm still coming becuase this guy Audley was really helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to any drone technical troubleshooting. His the best for this field and no wonder he deserves a 5 star becuase he is being patience to any customer needs and I wish I could him more that that. Great job DJI 👏
