Sifu Kenny offers stretching sessions, Wushu Kung-Fu, kickboxing and of course Tai Chi all at the same great location! Trained in China, he has been practicing and teaching for decades. His love of the arts and dedication to his students is exemplary. He offers Zoom lessons for the busiest among us, but I've been attending at the academy for nearly a year. For me, there's no substitute for in-person instruction and collective energy of like-minded individuals. Sifu Kenny incorporates and imparts knowledge of the mind/body connection, further enhancing the integrative experience. There's something for everyone at DMA, across all age groups.
