When I joined Dog House a little over 6 months ago I was a bit intimidated. While I have had an on and off again relationship with different fitness regiments during my life, I had never tried crossfit bootcamp and was a bit scared that I'd be able to keep up. During my sign-up meeting Nat was very helpful and reassuring but I still had my doubts. After a few classes I quickly realized that not only are the coaches super helpful and supportive but the community there is too! It's so nice to see such a variety of people in age and fitness levels working together at their own pace to achieve their individual goals. I'm pretty lucky to have this place close to home but am pretty sure if I didn't I'd still think its worth the travel to get to. I feel stronger and am more motivated to challenge myself more at each class. If you're thinking about it, just go for it. Nothing to lose but lots to gain!

I have been a member of this awesome gym for more than a year and a half and I am still enjoying it. It’s a very welcoming community filled with hard-working and supportive people. The classes are well designed and implemented by skilled, experienced and dedicated coaches. While here, I have continued to improve my well-being after reaching several weight loss and strength building goals with the help of the coaches, the on site nutritionist and the onsite Physical Therapists.

I've been coming here for four years now and its like my second home and family. This is such a close knit community and everyone is so welcoming. The coaches are excellent. The head coach Jordan knows what he is teaching and programming. Both him and the owner Natalie are very accommodating especially if your new, if its your first time, or you don't know or cannot do a movement. If your looking for a place to have fun, be part of a community and to make friends, I recommend doghouse.

They were great with ensuring that you kept proper form and not pushing too hard too fast. They've worked with me in modifying exercises if I have an injury or issue, which I've found incredibly helpful. Everyone, coaches and members, are very welcoming and a joy to be around.
