I used to frequent the store quite often until recently with the new manager. she has a horrible, nasty intolerable attitude does not make you feel welcome. The store is always in shambles. It is extremely under employed. Nobody’s ever there to help you. Things are everywhere but the thing that is the worst is the managers attitude. She talks bad about customers, while the customers are in the store. It is one of the worst stores around. I will file a complaint against the manager and the way she treats her customers in there. I’ve noticed many terrible things different times.

When I placed my items on the conveyor, the cashier said "Oh I'm glad you found the container because I didn't want to go looking forward it". Odd she said that because I never asked her for anything. Also, a few of the cashiers' hygiene needs to be addressed, it is very unpleasant. Lastly, if you're paying with cash, make sure you have enough money. I was 2 cents short and the cashier wanted me to go to my car and get the change, so I held up the line for 2 pennies.

I have always frequented this dollar tree but lately I find it difficult to go inside. There is a new manager there that is very combative, loud and mean. You can hear her on the opposite side of the store at times berating the employees. It is very uncomfortable to be in there, often times she's not even doing anything while the employee she is giving a hard time is at work. If not for long time employees Aster, Alix, Adam who are always hard at work and goes above and beyond to be helpful I wouldn't even go there, now I just leave if I see or hear the manager in the store. But don't leave anything you might be carrying where it don't belong, she will berate you the customer also.

This place looked as if it had a "half off everything" sale, empty/ disheveled aisles -- although they do have a pleasant staff working for them. Everyone I spoke with went above and beyond to assist me. This is also a great place for holiday decor.
