Originally, I was not going to make a review, but after giving feedback inside the store, speaking to the Manager Jessica, it felt dismissive and not accountable, so hopefully this will reach Corporate/Franchisee/Senior Management instead so that other customers will have better experiences than me and my family. I placed my order on the Dominos Pizza app, and the wait time for completion noted 12-17 minutes. I left my home after about 15 minutes, and when I arrived to the store, my order said it was ready and complete after placing it 25 minutes earlier. Here's my experience when I walked into the store: Team Member: What's your order? Me: My order is for Kyle, it says its complete on the app, two medium pizzas. Team Member: I don't see that order, are you sure you're at the right Dominos? Me: Yes, aren't you all 4910 Washtenaw? Team Member: Yes, that's us. Another Team Member: That order for Kyle just got picked up. Me: (Looks over at their Pizza Board that is directed towards the lobby) It says on your board that my pizza is complete, for Kyle C. Original Team Member: Okay, we had an order for Kyle B. that just left. Me: Okay no problem. How long will it be for my order? Team Member: About 20-25 minutes, we just had a rush. We are going to start it now..... So there is a clear disconnect between Corporate, the Dominos App, and apparently the store(s). Either the store is pushing through orders to have better completion numbers, or the Dominos App is running autonomously and not in tune to what's actually going on in real time. Either way, I hope this is corrected sooner than later. There's not enough free food and discounts that the Dominos App provides that would make me go back for this type of service. If I didn't have hungry kids waiting in the car after promising them pizza, I would have canceled the order. Someone needs to take accountability, for waiting 30-40 minutes for two pizza. Also, the receipts you receive in-store do not match up to the time the pizza was ordered on the app/email confirmation of your order. But it seems the can keeps getting kicked, as this is not my first experience with the app and store not on the same page. Lastly, I did ask was there any compensation for waiting as long as I did, and it went in one ear and out the other with no acknowledgement (I'm laughing to keep from crying).

I ordered the new Parmesan crust on our pan pizza, and there was actually no crust at all? The pizza was fine. We just would've enjoyed it more if we received what we ordered. I called, and it just continued to ring and play music. I ended up going in to order, which I would rather have not. My daughter's favorite still.

Excellent stuffed crust pizza absolutely loved it. But it's 22$ for just a medium with pepperoni in my opinion Is a bit steep. Since the medium is the size of the small. The portions aren't too great. They are really quick at this location and the food is always great and hot. They have a 50 percent deal on the pizzas right now and I definitely think 10$ is a reasonable price for the portions given if it was this price more consistently I think I'd stop by even more than I do currently.

I generally don’t comment, but it does bother me that they don’t use gloves when making your food. So ew and on top of that, the white dude (who wasn’t using gloves) w the mustache barely even added the meat topping I ordered. A few shreds of Philly steak..

If you want to order from this place order carry out, the delivery drivers are rude enough to piss me off to the point of getting on the internet to leave a review, don’t expect good delivery service, my driver the past 3 times looks like he doesn’t want to be driving, and when I ask for a pen to tip they get upset at me😂. In a hospitality industry you’d expect the bare minimum to be some kindness, because at the end of the day that’s how you make money, I’ve ordered here for over a year now and as I’ve stated, service is a joke
