They do not care about the customer, only profits. even when it comes to personal safety, which is my case. I would leave zero stars if I could. This has been the worst customer support experience I have ever received. all I asked for was a call from somebody working there and nobody will accommodate that. I just wanted to get to the bottom of things and have a genuine conversation but now I see that will never happen and I am out nearly $30. I have avoided checking my email for two weeks because their responses have been so mean and have brought me to tears. I used to love this company, but now I see why they have such a low rating.

Shortly after, a different manager, Hailey F., came out and informed me I’d have to wait another 20 minutes for my order. When I asked if anything would be done to address the delay, she refused to offer any compensation or support—completely ignoring Domino’s own 30-minute service policy. What’s worse, when I reminded her that the delay was clearly a management issue and not the customer’s fault, Hailey F. responded with shocking arrogance and hostility, saying, “I’ll just cancel your order.” This wasn’t just unhelpful—it was blatantly dismissive, disrespectful, and showed zero interest in solving the issue. Adding insult to injury, when I asked for contact information for a higher-level manager, she flat-out refused to provide it, clearly trying to avoid accountability for the store’s failures. This is unacceptable behavior from someone in a management role. This entire experience was a complete failure of customer service and a clear example of negligent, unqualified management. The fact that a manager would rather cancel an order than take responsibility or even attempt to assist a customer is both disturbing and unprofessional. Ive attempted to call many times but they ignore all phone calls with a message saying they cannot take phone calls at the current time. I had one of their businesses deliver a almost 3 hour late pizza and refuse a refund. Further more I tried emailing to get a measly free medium topping pizza, how wonderful. He disclosed the name of the person (Kalaysia Middlebrooks and Malaysia knight who disputed the charges) who allegedly ordered the pizza, and I assured him that I did not know these individual and suggested that the driver may have provided incorrect information. This incident occurred on February 3rd. This year. Jack remained adamant that my address would remain blocked. He mentioned that he had lost $50 due to someone stealing from him, which I perceived as an insult, implying that I was a liar and a thief. Furthermore, he warned that any future complaints would be handled in the same manner. I reiterated to Jack that I had not received the pizza delivery and had not placed the order, suggesting that he should investigate the matter with his driver. I feel I have been wrongly accused of something I did not do and request that my address be unblocked.

Well, their app doesn’t take American Express, which it doesn’t tell you, rather you put in the entire order and then at the end it suggests that you should call the store. Which you then do and you give them your American Express number, and at the end of all of that, the guy says “oh, we don’t take American Express.“ Even though the fact that it’s an American Express card is revealed in the first five digits. Or, he could say “how would you like to pay? We don’t take American Express.“ It’s amazing. I remember the stock price of Domino’s going through the roof in the 80s and 90s. I’m not surprised now that it’s not doing quite so well especially since when you call their corporate headquarter is it 6 PM on a Friday in Chicago? They’re already closed. I guess they’re too busy worshiping the Lord.
