This was the rose milk tea with rose jelly and bubble tea. It was very good and the rose jelly added a nice extra floral note. We were very lucky to get a street parking spot. There were some tables inside if you are not taking to go.

Very good bubble tea with high quality ingredients. I especially like the golden pearls and rose syrup. Sadly, starting last year, every time I got bubble tea here, I developed a stomach ache within an hour. It used to not happen, and I haven't experienced this at other bubble tea shops! I even ordered the lactose free milk. No idea why, but I thought I would mention it for people with sensitive stomachs.

It was very good. A unique place compared to other boba tea restaurants and the Creme brulle drink was so luscious and thick. Only some places can do that drink good, and this is the place! However, some of the boba was stuck together which made it hard to suck it out the straw but it was fine otherwise. The wintermelon drink was also good, however I would recommend the milk based drinks here.

This is one of my favorite places to get some milk/fruit tea from. The quality is better than the majority of places I've tried. I enjoyed the mango green tea. The decor is similar to the other location ls with it being simple. We came to this location to get a drink and also to see if there were any hoodies available. We spoke to an employee, Ray, and she indicated that they were all out but could try to get us one by tomorrow. This was above and beyond what we expected. She kept to her word and was able to find us a hoodie. We were really appreciative of this service.
