The donuts were delicious. The donuts have no seed Oils, they are Fried in palm oil and the glazes use olive oil. The guy at the register was very helpful and Friendly. The atmosphere is in construction. They will be having a stage With an eatery for things like burritos and such in a couple of months. I’m very excited that they’ve moved to this location. That’s a bit easier for me to get to. Sometimes i just have to have a doughnut. Today I got a lavender English breakfast donut that is partly eaten in the photo, a maple donut and a lemon poppyseed donut

I wasn't sure what being vegan added to a donut but decided to give it a try. The dining room wasn't yet open but would be a nice space to chat and do a little work once it is available. I like that they have coffee & a great selection. I really liked the maple yeast donut, very moist and crisp and fresh. The vanilla coconut was also on point but the chocolate coconut was stale and dry, so I'll make sure to ask which are the freshest next time! Glad to have this business on the block & hope there are more local eats coming to Adeline corridor.

Flavors purchased - Mexican hot chocolate and blueberry. Texture - It’s bouncy and kind of cake like. Definitely something I enjoyed about it that was different from most donuts. Taste - Classic donut flavor. Sweet and the flavors aren’t super strong. Personally, I have a preference for stronger flavors. The chocolate wasn’t super chocolaty and blueberry wasn’t all that tangy or strong (I know blueberry is generally hard to get right sometimes but i still would have liked more flavor). Price - I paid around 10 dollars (including the tip) for two donuts. Only bought two to see if I would like them. TLDR; Definitely sweet (like most donuts), the texture is good, flavors aren’t as strong as I prefer, average cost $3-4 per donut.

Unlike typical donut shops that use seed oils, Donut Farm’s commitment to frying its donuts in palm oil and using olive oil-based glazes provides a different flavor profile and a cleaner ingredient slate that health-conscious customers appreciate. This careful crafting leads to donuts that are not only indulgent and delicious but also align with contemporary dietary concerns related to fats and oils. Additionally, the shop offers an evolving menu of vegan donuts with interesting, often unexpected flavors—like orange creamsicle—that keep repeat visits exciting. This rotating selection ensures that groups can always find something new to try together, fostering a shared sense of discovery and enjoyment. How does Donut Farm support a healthy lifestyle while being indulgent?

Donut Farm successfully balances indulgence with health-conscious choices, addressing a gap often felt by those who want to enjoy treats without compromising well-being. The shop’s clear avoidance of seed oils—a type of fat that many nutrition experts recommend limiting due to their inflammatory potential—indicates a mindful approach to nutrition. Instead, using palm oil for frying and olive oil in glazes not only affects flavor positively but also reduces some health concerns associated with conventional donut oils. Additionally, the vegan nature of all their donuts removes dairy and eggs, which are common allergens and can be a dietary concern for many people. This choice aligns with contemporary trends toward plant-based eating, which can support heart health and reduce environmental impact. Despite these healthier ingredient choices, Donut Farm does not sacrifice taste or texture—it delivers the satisfying sweetness and richness expected from donuts. Therefore, the location encourages people to enjoy indulgent moments with friends in a way that fits more seamlessly into health-aware lifestyles, blending pleasure and mindfulness.

When people feel welcomed and supported by staff, it enriches the overall atmosphere and makes the meetup more comfortable and enjoyable.
