This venue was amazing. First time was for the Summer of Loud tour and was a great venue for a metal concert. Lawn seats, plenty of space for the pit, and great views from the seats. Love the village/open mall feel when you enter with various food and bar vendors, places to chill, and merchandise. Only downside and reason for 4 stars, far-side vendors were charging more than double compared to entry side vendors. Entered and decided to grab a brew and water before finding my seat, ran about $24. Got it. Later in the show it was time to refuel, visited the far-side vendor closer to my seat...the beer alone was $28. What??!! Overall, great venue. Just be mindful of some crazy price fluctuations and/or gouging. 🔥🤘🎸

Excellent venue. I was worried about being out on the lawn but it turned out to be an excellent seat. We had a blanket out for sitting, people around us were pleasant and courteous. The view to the stage was good and the jumbo screens made it easy to have a close up look at the performers. They have plenty of food and beverage options and LOTS of restrooms!! Security was visible in many locations so it felt safe. The parking lot is huge with many options to be ferries in closer which was great on a hot day.

First time event attendee for the outlaw concert! Beautiful lawn great vendors. They were not ready for early entrance at 2 which we paid for I’m guessing do to rain. We took an uber over to be there at 2 and early entrance was delayed until 3 with no email notification kinda sucked sitting in the sun and threatening rain storms with nowhere to go for an hour. The rented chairs for the lawn were comfy and stable. Loved the venue and experience all in all.

This is a very well managed venue. I have never seen it as packed as it was last night. The line was half a mile long and yet it only took about 10 minutes to get in. There are PLENTY of vendors for food and drinks, lines are not long at all but it is a bit pricey. Tons of stalls in the bathroom which is nothing fancy but they do keep it clean. If you have lawn tickets bring a picnic blanket. There were chair rentals last night but I’ve been before and they weren’t offering this. Sound is decent. Vibes are primo 🙏 Getting an uber out of here is nearly impossible. Get ready to sit and wait. There are party buses though.

Dos Equis is a nice outdoor pavilion at Fair Park with great proximity to downtown Dallas. I always spring for the VIP parking which is a breeze (one less thing to stress about and minimal walking in the Texas heat). There are a variety of food options and lots of bars (beer, wine, liquor). There are also convenient spots to buy cold beverages along the walkway behind the seats and in front of the lawn. If it's summer, you're gonna sweat. I've done pit and reserved seating, but never sat on the lawn. I don't recommend the pit section during the hottest months as down by the stage is the hottest area (besides the restrooms lol - that's a true sauna). Reserved seats farther from the stage are great because you can catch the breeze from the giant overhead fans. Bring a personal battery operated fan if you can. Pay attention to the bag policy as stated on their website. Most importantly, have a blast!
