Always a great experience. The artwork on the walls and the industrial setting make a great place to take band pictures as well. I had never heard of the concept of renting out jam rooms to musicians until I found this place. I hear the wait-list is quite long though.

A bit of a dive but i love this place! They have carts for your gear!!! I can literally wheel a cart from my car, to my room, full of gear! A few stairs in the place I think, but not all entirely up and down stairs like the other place. Way easier to move gear in and out of! Oh yeah and proper burger/brewery is next door+!

All of my equiment was ruined because the owner can't replace a decaying roof. Says he will replace it "in the summer" every year. Never happens. If it doesn't change, I will add photographic, dated evidence of equipment being drenched on since 2020. FIX THE ROOF, DUDE!
