They double-booked the fields we had reserved well in advance, and when we arrived, there was nowhere for us to play. Instead of apologizing and promptly refunding our deposit, they initially refused to give us our money back. It wasn't until we made a scene that they reluctantly agreed to return our deposit. The management here is unprofessional and completely unorganized. They clearly don't value their customers' time or money. If you want a reliable place to play soccer, avoid this place at all costs. You're better off playing on the street than dealing with these folks.

Place sucks. Field is uneven, has holes everywhere, and the customer service is horrible. They have a tendency to double book the field, make you play a deposit and not inform you that you can't play because of their poor planning, and on top of that they took more than 30 mins to return the deposit. Only upside is that it's a nice location to walk at night and the valet guy was mad chill.

PERSON DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE PROFESSIONALISM TO CALL ME AND APOLIGIZE. IN ADDITION, TOOK THEM OVER 30 MINUTES TO RETURN MY MONEY. YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER TIME PLAYING SOCCER ON THE STREET WITH TWO FLIP FLOPS AS GOALS THAN GOING TO THIS FIELD.

We show up 10 mins before kick off… Turns out they booked 5 other teams at that time… and told every team we could not get our deposit for the field back. There’s endless stories like this on their yelp, they must be using fake reviews to boost this rating. DONT GO THEIR IF DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED. Use google and find another field, there’s over 25 in Miami….
