The statue of Dr. Sun Yat-sen in Columbus Park is a peaceful and thoughtful corner in the middle of Chinatown. With benches, quiet locals, and soft evening light, it feels calm and full of quiet respect.

A quiet gem located in the heart of Chinatown. People congregate here to play cards, practice music, and either sit to relax or play ball and exercise. The park is also family and dog friendly but be sure the dog is leashed because there are a lot of people and it's good to know that the dog is close by you. And after you have been thoroughly reinvigorated, there are many restaurants to try out before the day is done.

An amazing park to wind down after the bustle of Canal street and Chinatown. A true community area with people playing mahjong, filming screenplays, and enjoying nature. An unexpected high from my trip to nyc!!

Old men & women playing go/mahjong and gossiping while drinking tea, someone playing an amplified pi-pao and singing in one corner and people playing soccer on the green. One of the more lively and pleasant parks in Manhattan, definitely worth visiting.

The building is more symbolic than functional. The building once served as the famous politician's office, but it is now a theater with little connection to this story. The building is lovely and worth a visit.
