Quite different from their first incarnation. They expanded during Covid shutdown, and snagged the corner unit. 4 generous 4 tops, 2 intimate 2 tops, doing a serious take out business. Very clean and tidy. I've seen many menu changes since their West Seattle debut. This review is late April of '25. Parking of course is West Seattle. Looks inviting, enticing, and efficient. Our food took a grand total of 7 minutes on a quiet Tuesday night. It seems Tues. may be Mastiff night in the junction, lotsa BIG DOGS. Was a tad surprised at the crunchies on the Szechuan Noodles, which look to me like wheat ramen. Very tasty, and I am quite happy with the abundant vegetables. Second time around, I used the plastic knives to crosscut them, and they come out w/ chopsticks much more manageable. Dumplings come in a more modest 6-pack bowl. Little purses in what I'd call wonton wrappers, either steamed (soft)or deep fried (crispy). Deep fried are delightfully crunchy. They are sorta 3 biters, and may fall apart a bit after the 1st bite. Nice and juicy too, lean forward or wear it. The Broccoli is light on florets, but big on leaves, stems, onions, and big flavors in a shareable serving boat. For me, the greenbeans beat the broccoli, hands down Tables have ever present chili oil. My wife thinks it isn't very hot, which may mean: the spoon didn't melt. I'd call it more delicate heat to start with, and then it creeps up on you. Looks like Mexican (cane sugar) Coke & Sprite, maybe Fanta. A short list of draft beers, coctails, and some more offerings in containers. We will be back. Time to focus on hot food. Lids from the to-go containers, and a spare napkin for a drop cloth seem to make it waay easier to dine at a local beer joint.

Cool restaurant selling dumplings, ham bao, and rice bowls. We really enjoyed the spicy wonton soup and the shrimp and pork dumplings. The larger kimchi dumplings with pork were a little too big and needed a sauce, and our green beans weren't as crunchy as we'd hoped. This is a good dumpling shop, with fast service and great flavors. We'll definitely come again.

I tried Dumplings of Fury today and it was absolutely delicious. Myself and my wife really enjoyed the food here. The staff was really kind and the service was way faster than what I was expecting. The restaurant has a very casual vibe and is small inside with limited seating space. The price was very affordable, which was also a plus. I had the Tofu Fried Rice and the Potato Curry Hum Bao. They were both very delicious. The food was tasty, fresh, and had great flavors. It was great and quick Asian food. If you are looking for a nice and casual Asian restaurant with great food, I highly recommend Dumplings of Fury.

A nice concept held back by the lack of a standout item. Din Tai Fung is known for their soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), though, Supreme Dumplings make a better product. DTF is also known for their green beans, and no restaurant to my knowledge has ever topped theirs. Taiwanese dumpling houses are fairly common in Bellevue. West Seattle only has this last remaining Chinese-ish restaurant, which is quite unfortunate (Lee's Asian is greatly missed). To start, the good: the fried pot stickers are tasty, though, a bit light if you're coming from Lee's. The sauce seems to be hit or miss. On the first visit, it was balanced and sweet. On the second visit, no sweetness. The Pork and Shrimp Chili Wontons (Suanla chaoshou) are severely lacking in toasted corriander, sweetness, cilantro flavor, and MSG punch in the sauce. The wrappers are thicker, but the dough tastes more homemade than most places, with a nice chew and bounce. To their credit (and higher prices), the filling in these is very generous, which is appreciated. I would just like to see the sauce revised. Some sugar, white pepper, corriander powder, and Lao Gan Ma would go a long way. The Szechuan Noodles were very bland to me, and the chicken was a bit under-seasoned and dry. I've never been a huge fan of these noodle dishes, but my preference to improve upon it would be a better sauce (XO chili oil, or Kecap Manis, to balance it). The Pork Belly Bao (Gua Bao) needs more sugar and should be sliced belly (fat intact), with sugared peanuts and more chopped mustard greens. As it stands, this is more of a vinegar-heavy Filipino Pork Adobo. Not bad, just not an accurate recreation of the dish (though, the pickles were nice). The KFC Wings were cornstarched beyond reason and could've used some flour for chew. I'd like to see the breading revised, and like most other items, some balance with added sugar. The Gochujang sauce isn't bad, the wings just need more of it (better breading for it to stick and saturate) with more sugar. The Beef Jiaozi has never been a dish I've enjoyed, and I found the filling to be of a mush texture with a very one-note savoriness to them. If you've noticed a reoccurring theme here, it's because Taiwanese and Korean street foods are heavy in sugar, and it doesn't make sense to produce these dishes without the sweet component. Everything on the menu needs additional sweetness balancing, and it would be nice to see some Milk Tea options (even canned or bottled). If you do ever decide to get into the boba game, please be sure you boil them in brown sugar syrup (Tiger Milk Tea is a classic). Sure, sugar is bad for us. So are fried foods, salt, shrimp, pork, and just about everything else delicious. YOLO. This place could be really great with some recipe tweaking. As it stands, it's okay and worth trying for certain items. It just needs to pick an identity, or at least be faithful to the various different Asian cuisines represented on the menu.

Disappointing from Start to Finish While the portions at Dumplings of Fury were generous, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The pork fried rice was completely bland—so flavorless and off-putting that we didn’t even want to eat it. And we love fried rice. As we waited for our food, we saw an employee come through the front door carrying bags of frozen potstickers. I get that many places use frozen items, but watching it happen right in front of us—and then being charged $15 per order—just made it feel like a total rip-off. I could’ve made the same thing at home for a fraction of the price. The kimchi dumpling? Not memorable. Honestly, nothing about the food was worth finishing. I hate wasting food and almost always try to salvage it later, but we walked away from a full table. That says everything. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this place. I can’t recommend it.
