I ordered iced caramel latte. The lady messed up my order 2 times. She put a decaf label on my coffee and claiming that it’s actually regular. I asked for a remake, and she forgot the caramel. Visited this location several times recently after their remodel and the coffee is NOT GOOD! Coffee definitely does not have the same Dunkin flavor. I believe they are using different coffee products. The hazel nut and toasted almond syrups have an artificial taste. I have NEVER had this problem with any of their other locations. They need help!

I’ve visited the Dunkin’ Donuts in Brookhaven, Georgia several times, and unfortunately, it’s been a consistently frustrating experience. Each time, whether dining in or using the drive-thru, they forget to include basic items like napkins, utensils, and straws. It’s frustrating not to have these essentials, especially when you’re on the go. Additionally, the lack of trash cans outside the restaurant is quite inconvenient. When I asked about it, I was told they’re not provided because items get thrown away. This is not an acceptable reason—restaurants should prioritize providing a clean and convenient environment for their customers. Overall, I hope they take these issues seriously and improve their service. It’s disappointing to encounter the same problems every time.

Call for Improvement: We're regular customers and usually enjoy their coffee, but lately (over the past month), we've had a string of disappointing visits – five, to be exact. Because of these repeated issues, we've decided to stop going for a while, and I wanted to explain why. We've been overcharged for our lattes on two separate occasions. On top of that, they've messed up our orders twice, giving us something different than what we requested. This past Sunday (June 29th), they were unfortunately out of some syrups, almond milk, and oat milk. Then today (July 1st), we ordered two lattes online; one was made correctly, but the other had zero flavoring, even though it was clearly listed on the cup sticker. It's a shame, as we truly do like Dunkin's coffee. However, with these consistent problems, we're taking a break for now. Hopefully, they can address these concerns and improve the customer experience soon.

Cook was very rude and destroyed my experience. I'll def be choosing Starbucks or any other coffee shop over Dunkin from here on out. Dunkin is a coffee shop, i go to different Dunkin Donuts all the time and bring my laptop and work while I order food and drinks. 1. I ordered a loaded hash brown - this was the laziest made loaded hash brown I've ever had. There was 1 piece of bacon at the bottom of the cup and a splash of cheese at the top of the hash brown. I was disappointed but didn't even sweat it. But it was very poorly made. I also ordered 3 more items. 2. I set up my laptop with a surge protector, my phone charger, and my laptop charger (one socket used, 2 things plugged in). The cook came out to me and told me that im using too many resources and that he was going to call his manager. There were only 4 sockets in the entire place, I was using one, and nobody else was interested in using any. Then when I finish my work he says "Hey my friend you taught me something today. You taught me how to save on my light and internet bill by coming to a store and using all of there's". Well let me teach you something; how to get a terrible review and have your corporate office retrain you for your horrible customer service and lack of understanding of your business model. I hope you get replaced by AI or a tesla robot. I will say that the cashier was great, but the cook/ drive-through guy was terrible. My only other regret outside of dealing with him is not recording his name. I hope your manager sees this.
