She threw the boxes onto the counter and placed the donuts inside them very aggressively. We specifically asked for hot coffee, but she gave us cold ones. This behavior wasn’t just directed at us—we noticed she treated other customers the same way. This kind of customer service is far below what we expect from a brand like Dunkin Donuts. I hope proper feedback is given and such incidents don’t happen again.

The breakfast sandwich I ordered was good; perfectly appropriate for any Dunkin. My complaint is with order accuracy: I ordered 4 items and received only one. Mine was a mobile takeout order and I didn't check it until I was too far away to get it corrected. I suppose one could argue I should have verified order accuracy before leaving.the premises and I can't argue that. Still, order accuracy shouldn't depend on customer verification.

When I moved to Miami from Boston I was so relieved that I had a Dunkin a short walk away that I could go to everyday. The past 6 years visiting this location daily I have built a strong bond with the workers there, both present and those who passed through. From day one have always been friendly and welcoming. For a small establishment it can get very busy and packed some mornings but they never lose those qualities. Janet who had been there for a long time is wonderful and brightens every customer’s day. Thankful to know her! This location is everything you could want from your neighborhood coffee shop. Take it from someone who has been going everyday for 6 years!
