I had a two day rental for a Yamaha M7 and on the last day, I experienced the medical emergency which didn’t allow me to return the Motorcycle on time. Eagle Rider was so accommodating in the staff was excellent and handling my emergency and the return of the motorcycle. I would recommend this location and they should be loaded for how well they treated me and my wife during a difficult time.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks to Nas for making our first EagleRider experience a great one. Nas was flexible with our pick up hours, transparent about the bikes that were available, and accommodating during our rental period to swap out bikes to better suit our comfort and activities. The bikes were in great shape and I liked one so much I may end up buying my own. Thanks Nas!

Great location for accessing the awesome riding in the PNW. Friendly folks, but they completely screwed me over with my "guaranteed" model rental. Paid the extra $99 and had my model confirmed only to receive a call the day of the rental that the BMW R1250RT that I had been promised (and needed for the heated grips) was not available. Instead they had a Yamaha Tracer, which is in no way comparable to a large sport touring bike in features, performance or comfort. With earlier notice I could have brought my own heated gloves; without that I was not prepared for the chilly mornings in northern BC.
