I absolutely love East Lake Park! The flowers are gorgeous. There is often a pickle ball game in session. It has two sets of swings and several other activities for youth, including a basketball court. East Lake Park, additionally has fresh mulch around the playground, ample parking, and clean restroooms. The office staff is cordial and helpful.

This review is regarding the tennis courts specifically. Went to play on a Sunday morning. The positives are the courts have lights and most of the leafs and debris were blown off. That’s where the positives end. This is NOT tennis court surface even though there are nets. The most horrible surface to play on. It’s an asphalt/concrete. The balls bounce sideways because the surface is uneven. And the nets are shot. You can’t raise it to the current height. These people who live nearby clearly desire good courts. There were 2 sets of people waiting for us all to finish up. The residents pay enormous taxes and deserve better!!

Warning: Apparently the park recently installed a new curb/walkway around the playground and the contractors left nails scattered about. For the next couple of weeks be careful! This is our favorite park in the area.

Ended Mother's Day here and a perfect touch to our picnic. The park is well equipped and kept clean. Lots of field space. I looked for signs for more information regarding the recreation house. Anywho we definitely will be back. Very pleasant and beautiful day in the park.
