This place is an absolutely amazing. Archery is an extremely accessible sport and I would recommend everyone to try it! Free intro lessons taught by excellent volunteer instructors and 2 subsequent free equipment rentals. Please leave a donation to keep this place running! The lesson was so high quality that they could charge a hundred bucks and I’d happily pay it!

I’ve heard that Easton-Rancho Park Archery Range is open for public use back in 2014, but have only started going there after taking a couple of private lessons at the Woodley Park Archery Range, in Van Nuys. We love how the range is tucked away, it’s kind of that “IYKYK” thing, you would have to do a map search for archery ranges near you or know someone that has been or heard of the place. The facility/range has been thoughtful in the design of the range, with multiple distances 25m, 28m, 30m, 50m, 18m and 10m, they all have roofs for shade and somewhat ample benches and some tables. The range is ran by volunteers, whom all are archers with different bow preferences and knowledge. The atmosphere for the most part is friendly. There are kids there from time to time. On Saturday mornings they are open to the public for classes and people interested to learn archery, but the class fills quick so sign up on-line ahead of time. I heard they also do the open class on the 2nd Sunday of the month. Again sign up before showing up, or show up anyway to check the place out. Hope to see you there!!!

What can I say? A charming little archery range with super nice volunteers that bring back that small town feel. Their free safety course is a great activity for all ages. And it comes with two free access after! Come early to sign up because classes fill up quickly but it’s worth it!!!
