It's 6:30 on a Sunday and it's empty. They require you to "wait to be seated". Stood there for 8 mins and not acknowledged at all. Portions looked very small. Left before trying.

Food really hits the spot. Nice portions and really good prices, especially compared to other places in the area. Pretty fast service. Very cool with lots of flexibility in dining experience: order remotely or with server, get food from robot, stir fry or soup

Services was terrible. We had to wait for 35 mins for the food to be served, which was after us checking a couple of times. When I asked, I was simply told that the kitchen was busy with only two people working - not even an apology.

I was just turned away by the rude Vietnamese guy at the counter. I was told by the cashier that if I want to eat here, I would have to wait 30-40 minutes to be served. And so he recommended for me to come another day. What kind of customer service is this!? I miss House of Pho being here. Never had an issue with them for years. To bad they sold their Sunnyvale location to this poorly run business.

What are some considerations or potential drawbacks before planning a meetup at Eat More Pho?
While Eat More Pho offers many advantages for group meetups, there are some points to consider before organizing your gathering. The current customer rating is 3.7 out of 5 based on 21 reviews, which indicates generally good but somewhat mixed feedback. Some reviewers have mentioned inconsistencies in service and food quality, so it may be worthwhile to check recent reviews to ensure standards meet your expectations before planning a large event. The seating capacity, while comfortable for moderate groups, might be limited for very large parties, so reservations or calling ahead could be essential to avoid any inconvenience. Additionally, although the restaurant provides a cozy setting, the lack of dedicated entertainment or private group areas means your group’s experience will primarily revolve around dining and socializing.
