This place is ghettoooo. Oh my God, who hired these ladies? She not only sounds unprofessional but is also so heartless and cold. They do not care! I’m going to do an investigation on this company and take it to the news. I was told everything I needed to have and I uploaded it. Just to be told it wasn’t good enough & to go get something notarized. Which I did. I gave these people my lease, my license, my income, my birth certificate MY WHOLE life & nothing was good enough. They then wanted my tax return from last year which I told them I didn’t file. So they said they can’t help me if I don’t have it. I told them I have a form that has that same information & they refused it Now I have to redo my whole application by tomorrow and hope they won’t find a new issue. I’m convinced they are using this money to help their friends. I feel bad for all of the people in need. Because we are treated horribly. Please shut these agencies down and start over.

Those women that work there are the most ghetto woman I ever seen they absolutely have no professional ethics some one needs to do some deep cleaning and start firing and hiring people who wants to really work .there job is to get a check but not help the vulnerable. No compassion for humans.

The worst service ever, the agent’s always and I do mean always talk to you with an attitude like you’re beneath them. They give you a hard time with finding out if you can receive help. Very poor communication skills and no since of compassion whatsoever. Most of the agent’s didn’t even know what to do or who I should talk too, mostly giving me the runaround just to tell me NO. I’m ok with being told no, but the time I wasted getting the runaround I could have been finding help elsewhere. The agent’s at this community center needs proper training in order to do the job that’s required.

Horrible experience.. Would give it NO stars if I could.. The case worker was so cold and not sympathetic at all to my needs. People like that who have no empathy for others should not work at places that are set up to help people. Very condescending energy. It’s always black woman that try to tear down other black woman.. Disgraceful..
