After seeing so many positive reviews, our family decided to try this restaurant for dinner last night. We got there before 9pm and were told they closed at 9. However, their google account shows they close at 10. Of course we weren’t going to stay and keep anybody later than necessary so we left. It did waste our time which was a bit frustrating. We decided to give it one more shot before heading back home from vacation and picked up some food for the car ride. The food and coffee were delicious! The guava pastelito was amazing. Flaky, crunchy, soft, sweet and everything in between. 10/10 🧑‍🍳💋 The spinach and shrimp empanadas were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor! The gentlemen that helped with my order were friendly and attentive! We are glad we came back for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating a friend's birthday at El Viñedo Local in Atlanta last Sunday night, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I can't say enough about the food! We shared so many delicious plates, and every single one was a hit. The empanadas were absolutely perfect…. crispy on the outside with incredibly flavorful fillings. We also had the arepas, which were a great, hearty treat. The skewers were another standout, cooked just right and bursting with flavor. And for the sides, the fried plantains and yuca fries were simply phenomenal …. so addictive! To top it all off, the wine selection was outstanding. It was the perfect complement to our meal and made the birthday celebration even more special. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, making it the perfect spot for a get-together. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

We had a delicious meal! We tried the beef and chicken empanadas, as well as the spinach and mushroom empanadas—everything was very flavorful. We also ordered the fried sweet plantains, black beans, and fresco cheese plate, which were all excellent. The coffee is a must-try—it comes out piping hot and is absolutely delicious. We had the caramel lattes and loved them. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will definitely return!

It's truly a 5 star all around! Coffee, drinks, food, service... I thoroughly enjoyed it all, and i would promise you would too! I tried the ceviche and this is a dish I love and enjoy all over but this was truely one of the top 5. I love how it was prepared and highly recommend it! It was also a significant amount and was full before I could finish it! I also enjoyed the espresso martini along with a spiked coffee latte! One thing I didn't like.. was they had a live performer playing music a bit loud but also still had overhead music playing.. so it was this weird double music cacophony that was not pleasurable to hear... I'm fact when he took breaks from playing music I had a much very experience.

One of my favorite spots in Atlanta I’ve probably been to El Viñedo Local 30+ times and it’s amazing every single time. Hands down one of the best casual places to eat in the midtown! The service is always super fast, friendly, and just makes you feel really welcome. Food is great — portions are the right size, everything tastes awesome. Their lattes are seriously perfect. Some personal favorites: the Ensalada Gaucha is super fresh and flavorful, and the Ceviche de Camarón con Chifles is absolutely delicious — bright, citrusy, and refreshing. If you’re into pastries, the guava pastelitos are good, but personally I’m all about the dulce de leche ones. Also, if you can, check them out on Thursday nights — they have live Spanish guitar and it’s such a cool vibe. Highly recommended!
