I got my nails and toes done yesterday. This is what my nails look like today. The people were so incredibly nice! Very sweet. But the services were very rushed. The pedicure took forever to dry and the toe polish that came off hadn’t dried after 5 hours! Before bed I touched it (had been 5 or more hours) and the polish came clear off!!! Also look at the quality of the polish. I didn’t notice it looked like this till after I left. Then the acrylic on my nails… they look great from far away. But when you get close up is messy and the acrylic floods the nail bed onto my skin. I also got an eye brow wax and she took off 1/3 of my eyebrow in the front. I won’t be coming here again.

It is too bad that they were so horrible as Elegant Nails is in a convenient location. I asked for a manicure. I asked that she not cut my cuticles but just cut anything hanging. And with that, the nail tech didn't know what to do. I wonder if they even teach how to do a proper manicure to get a license (or if these licenses are real). This lady didn't even put lotion on me. When I went to the front to pay, an older woman who clearly was in charge was there and I tried to explain to her my issue. She tried to defend the tech. I said, "Look I've been getting manicures for over 40 years and I KNOW what a proper manicure involves. She didn't seem to care. In fact she had a stank attitude. It's sad to see so many of my sisters giving business to a place that doesn't care about us. Who even knows if the products they use are safe. But I guess if you just want fancy styles on your nails with no regard for nail care?? Good luck!!
