Eloise Laundry Park is just under 4 acres with a Rec center in the Bottom District neighborhood. About a 15 - 20 min walk from the 8th and Corthih transit station Eloise Laundry consists of a play area for kids, basketball hoops, a baseball diamond, and a tennis court ELP is excellent for holding small to mid-size family events and has access to recreational bathrooms nearby. Picnic tables and seating are available. Wonderful views of downtown Dallas from the Levee. It's a good park for small children and families. ELP could improve by updating the play park area equipment and converting the tennis court into a full basketball court. It currently has yet to set up a full court. Given the area's makeup, I would replace the overlook baseball diamond with a soccer field. Add more bike stands. I give this ELP a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Has one of the greatest views of the downtown skyline, especially after sundown. Slight to the top of the dike to see it, but it's worth it.
