It is a good place for picnic 🧺 and the best part it is just a few minutes walk to Angel’s Point where you can see the Los Angeles Skyline. Yesterday we went to another side of Angel’s Point which is a lookout point to see Dodgers Stadium 🏟️ and watched the fireworks!

Easy hike! This has been my go to hiking spot for a few years now. Parking is free and I never had an issue finding parking. The loop has a slight incline for a bit. I like entering from the left side because I find it easier ! Nonetheless you still get beautiful views.

Best park in East Los Angeles! The community garden on top of the hill has a stunning view and it has bowls and water for dogs. There are multiple trails and it's possible to cut through less walked trails. Just be mindful of the holes everywhere made by gophers. Alone women should probably not head to the trails at Elysian Park after sunset, there is no security, no cameras, and it's not safe to walk there, out of past experience.

be careful when going out on a jog, dogs are usually around being walked by (some) stupid owners who refuse to put leashes on them. other than that the views are amazing and the park is lovely. i love seeing people jogging or walking around here, the the wildlife provides such a beautiful atmosphere as well.

Elysian Park is one of the best places to hike in LA. The views of the city are breathtaking, and the trails are great for beginners. It’s not as crowded as Runyon Canyon, so you get a more peaceful experience. I love coming here for a morning walk or jog
