Every time I’ve come here, the service is always rushed & treated like they’re trying to get you in & out- even if they aren’t busy. This shop consistently delivers poor quality of work, along with customer service.. I don’t think I’ve had a single set (nails or toes) that I’ve liked. I started to use them as my “last resort” nail salon if I’m too lazy to drive to camp creek or need a simple pink powder, but I will not be returning after I discovered fungus in my nail due to the shop clearly not sanitizing the tools. This is truly disgusting & again, speaks to my previous statement of the employees rushing everything they do. I’m not one to bash businesses, or even write reviews but since they opened up, they have been nothing short of disappointing. Do not waste your time or hard earned money at this establishment. Take your business locally, and support small businesses because these nail salons do not appreciate or care about our support. Emily nails, I recommend all employees taking some much needed training time to practice health/cleanliness, customer service skills, and the importance of pace in the beauty industry. THANK YA!

I took my 12yr old too this place one of her nails popped off after a week not only that the guy who did her nail took it upon himself too make her nails longer after I told him I want shorter. And how 45 $ turns into 46 smh.

Zero stars !!!! Please believe the negative reviews! Avoid wasting your time at this place! I had an extremely unpleasant experience. My gel manicure barely lasted 2-3 days, and it's quite frustrating. When I went in for a gel manicure on Saturday, the woman at table number 1 neglected to file or cut my cuticles. Instead, she hurriedly painted my nails, claiming my cuticles were fine. It would have been better if she had at least soaked or filed my nails. She seemed rushed and eager to move on to other customers, despite my patient wait of over 40 minutes. Moreover, she didn't provide a hand massage, offer lotion, or even advise me to wash my hands. Shortly after, she rushed me to the pedicure station, where she had just finished working on another customer's feet. To my dismay, the used bag in the station hadn't been replaced, and the dead skin and toenail clippings from the previous customer were still there. The nail technician expected me to put my feet in the same bag, along with the dirty towel containing nail clippings. I was on the verge of leaving at that point! When I confronted her about it, she acted as if she hadn't realized she had just finished with someone else's feet in that same station. I deeply regret spending $80 on a gel manicure and pedicure because the service was absolutely terrible. Now, I'm desperately searching for a good nail salon in the west Atlanta / Douglas county area, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any satisfactory options.

My mother came to this shop a while back. She was trying to tell the nail tech what she had on her nails or what she wanted. I guess it came off like the nail tech was talking about her……nah. I stood there because you not about to treat my mother any way. She also said her nails were hurting and they did not do a great job. I should have told her let’s go. We have never been back. People don’t wanna spend their hard earned money to feel disrespected or to be uncomfortable. I can see this is a normal here for yall at this shop.

I went here a couple times and it has been ok and they are fairly priced. However, I discovered fungus under my nail after noticing my nail looked black today. This has never happened to me before. I do not recommend, based on other reviews this is not the first time. You all need to do a better job with sterilizing your instruments after each use.
