I went to Enza to get a dip manicure a week ago. My technician did not follow a typical dip protocol- she never had me wash my hands before final layer, used UV light to set dip, and left junk and glue all over my hands. My nails have grown out for 1 week I can see more clearly that almost every base is messed up. The top gel layer is also starting to peel. I went to the store and the owner only offered to fix my nails, but honestly I did not want to have any of their techs do any additional work. Not pleased with the service or the response from the owner. Would not recommend this place for a dip manicure. UPDATE: If you are sorry for my experience, are you will to offer me a refund?

I am from out of town and spent a lot of time looking for somewhere to get my nails done- I was kinda anxious and I’m a little ocd about my nails. I had a really grown out builder gel manicure and a lot of places would not do a fill since it was done elsewhere. It wasn’t a problem and they are the best nails I’ve ever had. Will did so good on the French tips and shaping (which is extra impressive because I was in rough shape when I came in) They made sure the shape and color was perfect. It was clean and relaxing- my pedicure was amazing and through. I don’t like gel on my toes and holly wasn’t pushy and the fresh tips look so nice and the massage was so good! The chairs were all comfortable and I was given a warm rice bag for my neck too. Also the prices were great and I came in without an appointment and was seated right away.

The service was quick and friendly, and my nails look incredible. Vivian did a great job understanding my vision for bright Scarlett orange nails. Would definitely recommend
