I’ve tried every productivity journal on the market, but nothing comes close to Erin Condren products. I’ve been a fan since visiting for the first time in 2020, and now they’ve added Hello Kitty and Star Wars collabs. This time, I left with a Hello Kitty journal and a personalized, colorful grid dot notebook. (Grid dots, my fave and so hard to find with a spiral notebook!) Most importantly, the quality of the paper is unmatched: smooth, thick, and luxe to write on. Yes, EC’s products are a bit on the high side, BUT I’ve actually used every single one of these notebooks cover-to-cover because they’re fun and practically beg you to write in them. I can’t say the same for some of the other notebooks and planners I’ve picked up along the way. Friendly service. I was in and out within minutes and even got a free tote this time with the signature Erin Condren print! Bonus: they have an entire section dedicated to UT apparel. Hook 'em!

Had a poor experience because of the staff. One of the staff members had on sunglasses the whole time. When I asked a question about merchandise, she did not know the answer. Later, when I came to pay, she acted like she'd never seen me before... she did not offer the discount that another staff member offered my friend. When we were paying, their system crashed down, so it took a while for us to check out. Overall, poor experience.

No customer service. Ordered my planner and spent over $100 on everything an no updates or customer service online. So many people are upset over the lack of CS but they also don’t accurately quote wait time and I paid extra for expedited shipping. I used Erin in high school and college and no the value has gone down for me. I am considering just cancelling the order and finding another brand that fits my needs. This is like a terrible breakup.

I come to this location every time I visit my sister in Austin and our buying experience is always pleasant. The staff are super friendly and helpful. But what really encouraged me to write a review is because of the amazing customer service I received when I realized I got the wrong notebook layout but I was already back home in Maryland. I initially picked out the productivity layout but when the lady customized the cover with my name, she gave me back a lined notebook layout. I called this store and the friendly lady was super nice and quickly shipped me (all the way to Maryland!!) the correct layout ASAP, no questions asked. When I opened the package, there was a personal handwritten note apologizing for the mistake and sticky notes for the trouble. I was very happy with the quick turnaround and resolution from this location. I will continue to be a patron and happy customer of EC Austin! Thank you!!!

I don’t think this Erin Condren store is particularly welcoming to African-American customers. I was not greeted and was ignored while my husband and I looked around at the store’s items. However, they were very friendly to people of another race when we walked in initially. I hope I’m wrong and these ladies weren’t intentionally mistreating me and my husband.
