Came here for my 19th birthday with my sister and my mom, as a Sam and Colby fan I was so excited and it's DEFINITELY worth the price and the distance. The ambience is horrifying but in the best way possible and the staff are so fun and carry the aesthetic. I've NEVER done an escape room before so for a first, this was AWESOME!!!

Parking is a little tough but that's to be expected of the area. The employees are really fun and really committed to their characters. The room puzzles were really fun as well. The only thing is that one of the rooms has a puzzle element that I had assumed was NOT part of the room as this is the case in other escape rooms. After that slight hiccup was solved we were able to get through the room fairly well but the puzzles still felt fairly challenging enough to be fun

A couple of weeks ago, my daughter and I came here as Sam and Colby fans. We did not have an escape room booked (there were no times available for the Sam and Colby room we were looking for), and instead asked if we could take picutres inside the lobby. The staff were both in character, and also incredibly kind. They even helped take photos of us. When we left, there was an angry man on the sidewalk who started yelling nonsense at us while we waited for the crosswalk. Two of the staff members came outside to stare him down and get his attention off of us. I was SO grateful to them. They had no reason to help us once we left other than to be kind, and I will be forever grateful to them for that.

One of my favorite places of my last visit to LA. Food is amazing and the atmosphere is also the best. We had food while watching the shows and they are all amazing, the best part is that every show has interactions with the audience, everyone was having a blast! The rooms were absolutely amazing, the puzzles are challenging but fun at the same time. Staff is on the zone! Every single detail at the hotel makes it an out of the world experience even if you are there for drinks you won't regret visiting this place!
