When we finally arrived at the Escape lounge, my girlfriend and I had had a really awful day with delays and rude people. So we walked in there not expecting much. But the place was clean and the workers we passed were polite. Within 30 seconds of sitting at the bar, we had a much-needed cocktail in our hands. Within 5 minutes Scotty had us laughing and smiling and completely relaxing. By the time we left, we were almost happy that we had delays. Almost. But he's absolutely charming and turned our night around. He even covered our drinks when we went to the buffet. That's a pro. . . Food was excellent. Certainly could have done with a few more entree choices. But what we did have was excellent. . . So all in all, a good experience at the end of a bad day

I was having an ok time at the Escape Lounge until I ran into Ursula. She turned everything around and made our experience that much better. Ursula was so welcoming, so kind and so happy and very accommodating - she really made us feel special. She offered and gave me a tour of both the Centurion and Escape lounge. Even explained all of the amenities and showed be the beautiful showers. People like this who make someone feel special, don’t know how special they truly are. I love her and if it wasn’t for her, both my husband and I would’ve left with a bad taste in our mouth. Especially since I am over here trying to sell my husband on getting the Platinum card…! Awesome stopover at this lounge. First off, the bartender was awesome and mixed a great drink, secondly- the food! Wow it was amazing, it was so pleasant to actually have some Mac and cheese that doesn’t taste like complete crap, and they also had some shredded beef with a touch of spice that was amazing! Really impressed with this place, probably the best lounge I’ve been to so far. Lots of people working and attending to cleanup, restocking fresh food, etc. the coffee maker is better than a Starbucks barista…. Overall, this place rocks. Could use a few more seats I guess, but that’s the only small downside.
