Super cute escape room, our group did "The Dig" with only 5 people, beat it with almost 20 minutes to spare. Don't be discouraged to do them with a smaller group if escape rooms are your group "thing". Staff was super friendly from start to finish.

The chairs in the theater weren’t working as they should’ve and we spent 20-15 minutes trying with the correct code, the worker manually undid the lock but that was after we were out of time. We had the correct chairs and the whole time we communicated on the chairs not working we were told we must’ve had the wrong chairs, in the end we had the right chairs they just weren’t working. There was no form of compensation for the chairs not working and wasting the hour we had.

First, I am a novice at escape rooms, having done only one other that was created for kids. My husband and I took our three nephews (ages 6, 8 and 11) to the Theatre room. We had fun- but it was hard! Granted, this room is not designed for kids and they are younger than the recommended ages. That said, if you have kids up for the challenge, this was a great room. We did ok, but relied heavily on the graciously given clues. They even gave us extra time since no one had booked the room after us and we were close to being finished. The room was a tad creepy with marionet dolls but once they got over the initial eerie impression, the boys had a blast. This is our new tradition to do with them and we would definitely return to Escape the Room Dallas.

So fun! I loved The Agency room. I really felt like I was living the life of a spy. The furniture was so nice and realistic. The music added to the vibe. It felt so legit. And the master was so nice to us

We did the bank heist and it was challenging but not in a good way. The room was really dark so it was hard to see some clues without a flashlight. The clues had little logical progression and we had to straight up guess numbers. Some of the mechanics just didn’t work. We had to use a magnet at one point and it was too weak which was frustrating. The safe had a combo which we did correctly like 10 times and it would not open. We had to ask for lots of help and the hints were things that I would not have been able to find or deduce from the room on my own. We just had to give up and left feeling frustrated.
