Contacted one month ago to book a day in June that they said was available. Told them I would take that day from a certain time and didn’t hear back at all. Decided to contact again today just for them to tell me the day I wanted is already booked and that today is my first time contacting them. I was fine with the day already being booked because I didn’t reserve anything since I did not hear back and I too did not reach out sooner to see how reserving works but I don’t appreciate being told that I never contacted them before especially when I have the conversations in my phone messages and the day I was called last month from them telling me they don’t do weekdays only Saturday and Sunday. I originally wanted to do it Friday.
