Great neighborhood play lot! Good for a wide range of ages. My four-year-old likes it and would be good even for an 8, 9 or 10-year-old because the monkey bars and glider are high. Play ground has ramps and his totally wheelchair and stroller accessible. Good benches. Shade. Baby swings and big kid swings. Two slides. Smaller so easy to keep an eye on kids. Overall a great spot!

Evergreen Park is a small neighborhood 'pocket park' that has a small playground that is also a time capsule to another era of playground design. Despite the age (the current structures date to at least 2007 and likely earlier), this playground is well maintained and very functional. There are slides, swings, and climbing elements. The amenities are basic - wood chip surface, a few benches for seating, some shade provided by buildings and trees - but together make for a good, classic playground experience.

This is a pretty old playground and the structure shows its age (especially the wood parts and the joints where the screws are). However it seems like the maintenance is decent (new paint, small fixes, tree trimming and mulch). Used to be rubber flooring but now it's mulch. Better for children over 2 years old. The entrance (through Belmont) goes with a path around the main area which ends with comfortable ramps to that area and the back one. The main area has 1 big structure with slides (spiral one and one with two levels), coil climber, stairs, tic tac toe, small wheel, horizontal ladder, suspension bridge, track ride and a small chain climbing wall. There is a ramp leading to the structure but it's not an accessible structure / playground. The back area has a swing set (2 toddler swings and 2 regular) with a lot of space around for safety. The playground is located between residential buildings but there are not a lot of windows facing it and the vegetation does a nice job making it feel public. The back side however has a view to a back alley and private porches with no vegetation to block it (not the best).
