Their stir fried dish in general is very good. Otherwise it is so so. Some dishes come with white rice but the waitress didn’t remind us so we end up with too much rice. Dish is not cheap but quantity is good.

I am a Chinese and have been going to evergreen often as it is the only Chinese restaurant with some authentic Chinese dishes in that area. But I have been surprised, not in a good way, a number of times by their 'inspiration' of either authentic or Americanized dishes in the last year. Perhaps they indeed tried to give a new meaning of well known traditional Chinese dishes or perhaps they ruined my order and just said 'chef said this is the dish you ordered' or 'this is our version of the dish'. If it happened only once then I understand, but it has been multiple times! This restaurant is off my recommendation list from now on.

This place is pretty good. I really like that they have the classics and the “authentic” Chinese menu. The food is decent and the prices are reasonable. My only complaint is the meat was a bit dry. The chow mein noodles were delicious.
