I spent 3 hours at the store talking to Trevor (Denver, CO) who was super patient and knowledgeable as I tried several snowboard boots and talked about my goals and skills. He gave me the confidence to be comfortable to buy boots, binders and board. I’m not only super happy with my choice and the support but a few weeks later I had an issue with my BOA and EVO (Trevor again!) took care of me under warranty. EVO has won a new loyal customer. I had the best experience here! I initially bought a pair of ski boots that are too wide for me online. Brough them in for modification and ended up getting a new pairs that are better fitting for me. Joe helped me finding a good fit. He was super patient, understanding and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush me at all even though we spent a little over their closing time. He gave me many options, and we ended up with a pairs that overall fit me way better. Excited to actually try them on the slopes :)
