Awesome gym! So thankful I found Evolve Fit Studio after my old gym closed- it was a blessing in disguise because I would not have been looking otherwise, and I’m so thankful I joined! I have been to many gyms, and this one is by far the best. Awesome and knowledgeable coaches, great community, challenging workouts for all abilities. Evolve also offers very early morning workouts- a must for me!! Everyone is supportive of each other, and the gym inspired many of us to try our first Spartan race. The coaches motivate us, challenge us, and always help with technique. I hate missing a workout, as it’s always one of the best parts of my day. Evolve goes above and beyond by offering extra events like Friday Night Lights community workouts, Holiday celebrations, and more, which most gyms don’t. Can’t say enough great things about it- thanks Evolve Fit Studio!

After a previous experience at another local franchise gym that follows workouts provided from "corporate", Evolve has been a great change in my continuing fitness journey. Coach Bo puts together some great sets that kick butt and is famous for saying "when you are finished... there's more". Although the workouts are challenging, the vibe is great, and everyone feels welcome. My overall fitness has leveled up since joining to where I went out of my comfort zone to complete a Spartan spring obstacle race. No regrets!!

Though I spent a week visiting SD, my time was limited with the team at Evolve. The camaraderie & friendships in that gym help elevate everyone’s motivation. The Evolve gym had literally everything you would need or want to structure a workout. No one in the gym is pressure to do more or less, faster or slower, heavier or lighter. You’re encouraged to do what you can at your level of fitness. The gym is welcoming & the staff are professional. The gym is clean & spotless before & after each workout. Workout plans are explained on the fly & displayed on a TV screen or whiteboard for all to see, just in case you get tunnel visioned. Direction & instruction from staff was clearly laid out. Form, technique, & structure to each workout seem to inspire and give each client/customer confidence. Evolve also has a state of the art water dispenser that dispenses some of the cleanest water I’ve ever tasted. I can’t commend the Evolve Team enough for their professionalism, dedication, & hard work. They are truly involved & dedicated to making you better towards fitness & health.

I little over 9 years ago I was engaged to be married and realized I was not in the best shape. I had met Bo with Evolve Fit Studio through a mutual friend and wanted to try out a training session to see how I liked it. Well in just 4 months of 3-4x a week training with a customized meal plan from Bo, I had lost close to 40lbs and dropped 4 dress sizes just in time for my wedding. I was in the best shape of my life and I felt so good! Throughout the years that I have been working out with Evolve, I have had 2 children and stayed consistent with my workouts the entire time and dropped the baby weight fairly quickly. This is not your typical gym, I have made life long friends, created healthy habits not only for myself but for my family as well, I’ve never felt intimidated and everyone you meet there is so friendly and motivating. The atmosphere is fun, the music is great, the workouts are different every time and I actually look forward to getting up in the morning to make it to class.

I have tried many gyms- LA Fitness, Orange Theory, F 45. In all these gyms, it was just a place to go to, do your work out and get out. Most of the times, I was never motivated or challenged and eventually quit because it got boring! At Evolve, I found the right place- every day of the week the workouts are different and challenging. I just have to the best version of myself without having to compare or feel complexed. Coach Bo is always encouraging and is ready to give an alternative option for a workout in the event of injury etc. My husband hated going to gyms and now he is part of Evolve and we both look forward to our workouts. The camaraderie and the energy with the rest of the members at Evolve is so much fun. My 15 year old teenager is part of the youth fitness and he completely enjoys the sessions. Its definitely a fantastic place for a great workout.
