Seamless experience from booking the rental, delivery of the bikes to our hotel to returning them. EZE Ryders provided us with top quality E Crusers. As mountain bikers from the east coast we had zero experience with E bikes but thought they were the best option for the distance we wished to ride. We rode 31 miles from San Diego Bay to Cabrillo monument and the choice to rent E bikes saved us on those long steep climbs to enjoy breathtaking views. We rode up to Ocean Beach and on to Mission Beach enjoying perfect weather, absolutely beautiful views of the beaches, good food and finally an outdoor farmers market in Ocean beach with the best variety of delicious street food before heading back to return the bikes. We only used about 1/2 the battery for an entire day of riding. This shop was recommended to us by an employee at an E bike rental shop downtown San Diego after asking her about riding up the coast. I’m so glad she did!

Chris the service manager is excellent. I brought my e-bike into their shop with a spoke/wheel issue that was hard to address at first and I was unhappy with the result. Chris took this issue up, contacted me and suggested a way to work and try to fix it. He took my bike back and worked to fix it so I could ride it again. After that he called me back to follow up to make sure the repair is still good. I am confident he will work with me to ensure I am able to enjoy riding my bike in the future.
