I had an extremely disappointing experience at the F45 Dallas Arena location. I signed up for a 6:30 PM class through my passport visits and arrived just two minutes late due to confusion about where to park—it was my first time visiting this studio. By the time I made it to the door (6:32PM), it was locked, and it was already starting to rain. I waited outside, assuming I’d be let in after the demo wrapped up. At 6:35PM, Eryn finally opened door where I was kindly denied entry due to “studio policy.” I completely understand the importance of being on time, but this level of rigidity—especially over a couple of minutes and for a first-time visitor—felt unwelcoming and inflexible. I’ve attended many F45 locations across DFW using passport visits, and I’ve never encountered anything like this. Every other location has been understanding and helpful, particularly for first-time guests. The location itself is also inconvenient and not easy to navigate for first-timers. After this experience, I won’t be returning—and I’ll be sure to stick with the more welcoming F45 studios that treat guests with a little more grace and understanding.

DO NOT GO to the 3 Dallas F45 that are owned by Brandon. It is a waste of money to invest in a membership if they are not willing to give at least a 1-5-minute grace period. I'm in the medical field and drove 1 hour and 30 minutes from Sherman where I was covering an important surgery. I was rushing to get back to the city for to the 4:30pm class on Fri. Jan. 31st at this Dallas Arena location and was literally just 2 minutes late to the class. The manager Kayla locked the door right at 4:30pm where the guests inside can't even let you in. The 4 of us guests were waiting outside patiently thinking we would get in and understood not interrupting the intro. Kayla came out after doing her work out of the day intro and refused to let the 4 of us in the class. Inside they have TVs with the models doing the exercise for the station so still not a burden to others if coming in after intro. She claimed it was Brandon, the owner of 3 of the Dallas F45 locations, who made that executive decision. That 4:30pm class was the last class of the day. Kayla said she would not charge as a "missed session" but confirmed my account was charged. Now I have to request a credit despite what she reassured. What's odd is Brandon's Old East Dallas location lied and said the city requires the door to be locked now. The instructor Sam at that location on Jan. 14th was kind enough to let the 2 waiting guests inside after her intro to the workout of the day but sounds like she was going against Brandon's rules not the city. I'm certain this decision to not give any grace to the working class will cost Brandon memberships and repeat Class Pass guests. I'll be going to PitFit, Class Studios, Evolve, Fit Social and Training Mate all quality HIIT classes with a grace period to the working class and I will certainly take F45 off the list. I encourage you to do the same.

I visited from Houston and did the 6:30 class with Mollie! I loved how attentive she was with me. She pushed me and made the class extremely upbeat. The class was small but the energy was high! I will definitely take another class by Mollie in the future!

Cannot say enough great things about this studio! Studio is very well maintained & clean! They also offer complimentary towels & chilled water during your time at the studio. Great for beginners to professional athlete level. I set up several sessions for team bonding & it was a success- everyone enjoyed! The instructors do a great job of monitoring form to ensure all participants are getting the most out of the workout as well as preventing injury. Not only does the instructor perform all exercises before you begin but they also have demos playing on the screen when it is your turn to begin the workout. The other regular clients at the studio were also VERY welcoming to myself & other newcomers which made for a very enjoyable & comfortable environment. Booking process was quite seamless as well. Worked with the owner Brandon whom explained all details thoroughly and was able to move mountains to accommodate both my early & very last minute request. Just a great studio all around, looking forward to going back!
