I'll start this off by saying I really don't mind the place existing, its great that people can find a place to affordably host parties. The problem with this place is it is located directly under a residential living area. It isn't acceptable for music to start blaring at 1:30am and continue until 8am on a weekday. It also isn't acceptable for fights to break out in our driveways and damage our vehicles with police becoming involved scouring the place looking for all the souls who scurried away. What is acceptable is when the music quiets down at the very most at 1 am and thats really pushing it. Please invest in noise dampening material or just try to reduce the noise pollution you create when it gets unbelievably late. I'll remove this review if I see any form of improvement.
