The pond itself is a bit murky / muddy, since it appears to be a dammed up old tank or farm pond. I definitely would not call it a "swimming pond" that the top level description mentions, but we've seen and caught newts, frogs, and even a couple fish, including 6-8" bass and bluegills. In short, it's nice enough for the setting, though if you want true swimming, fishing, or water sports you'll need to go somewhere bigger.
