Nice little park/walkway. It has a mix of concrete, pavement, grass, and sand with many benches For night visits, it's decently lit by the nearby apartment complexes. The gates were unlocked at least until 9pm so you can probably visit any time. Around that time there were a group of people playing with their dog, some other walkers (most just cutting through), and a guy sleeping on one bench. You can enter: 1) to the left of the CVS on El Camino or 2) on the other opposite end: from the non-Safeway side of Fayette Drive, a bit past CitiBank.

Possibly the park in Mountain View with the best landscaping of drought tolerant plants. It's amazing what the city could do with this barren, narrow strip of land. It looks heavenly in a June late afternoon.

Nice small park with a proper fence around it. Officially, dogs must be on a leash but people use the park as their personal playground for dogs. So if you don't like walking among several unleashed dogs then you might not like the park.

Nice little strip of a park with grass, flowers and other plants. There are bike racks on the outside, because No Bike Allowed! Didn't stop a guy on his Cervelo from riding around inside, I guess because La Di Da he had a Cervelo and you don't. Extends from El Camino Real behind the CVS on San Antonio down to Fayette Dr on the other side. Nice use of a small strip of land that had been sitting full of weeds and weirdness for years. There are a few benches and trash cans in place and the nicely curved asphalt and dirt trails present a nice pathway for the eyes to follow within the little canyon created by the buildings around it. A leisurely walk of one long Mountain View style block. I expect this spot will get quite popular and it's great that they keep bikes out so there is at least one spot downtown you can take a slow meandering walk.
