Over priced. Pushy sales woman. I bought several cigars. None of them have been very good. I am posting a picture of the cigar to show you the quality of the of the cigar. I know some people say you let it dry out, but I kept this cigar in an airtight pouch with a Boveda 69% until I got home and sat in my humidor until I was ready to smoke it I pulled it out of the cellophane, and the wrapper nearly fell off. Also, I bought the cigar last week.

They have their own smoking lounge, which added to the experience (I can't smoke anywhere in public nor indoors at home!). I had chosen to try a premium torpedo that was a pleasure to smoke. I enjoyed it so much I bought a 6-pack. The saleswoman was very approachable and spent time with us, discussing the different blends, strengths and the cigar-making process.
