It's my first time here!! This Filson store is located in downtown, so there was a security guard there on the first floor when I walked in (smart business decision). Once I got to the second floor, I was immediately greeted by a staff member. I was looking for a specific product, but they didn't have it. However, the alternative that was presented to me was even better! I hope to be able to use my new bag for at least the next 10 years (with the amount I paid). I was there for about 30 minutes and wanted to take the entire ladies section home haha!

What a great experience in the flagship store and factory. Unfortunately, I was unable to tour the production floor, but seeing it was definitely a pleasure. I love being able to touch and feel and try on garments prior to purchasing. Employees were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store was clean, well-stocked, and had a large variety of their products including things not listed on the website.

What an amazing store! A delight to visit, with an authentic old fashioned atmosphere. The service is old school as well - friendly, helpful and efficient, without being pushy. Best of all is what they sell - outdoor goods beyond compare. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. You cannot argue with quality like this. And there is dedicated parking just across the street.

I vaguely knew what I wanted from Filson when I went in today, however I was greeted by a super friendly and helpful employee who helped me narrow it all down. She helped me try on a few sizes of a jacket I wanted, and helped me decide on a color when I had difficulty choosing, and I believe she steered me in the right direction! Already getting compliments on it. I believe she said her name was Sarah. (I’m bad with names, so I hope I got that right.) She has short curly dark-colored hair, so if you’re planning a trip into Filson, keep an eye out for her! One of the easiest shopping experiences I’ve had in my 14 years in the Seattle area. Thanks again!
