This place is amazing! Kevin is the owner and lead trainer. He is so motivating and encouraging! Find A Way fitness is high intensity, 45 minute interval workouts. He's great at mixing up the routine and keeping you focused. I highly recommend giving him a try amd most likely you can get a free trial to see if it's something for you. Saturday 9:30 classes are also free (but also very busy).
