First time client today and I can say that I have finally found my salon! I’ve been looking for a nail salon for a while that is professional, stylish and pretty and where the technicians are engaged and listen to what you want. Always an amazing experience at Finesse! Every tech I’ve had always knows what they’re doing and does exactly what I want (or even better than expected!). My tech this time even stayed late because I couldn’t get to the salon until 6:45. Love this place so much!! 10/10 every time!

Very nice place to get your nails done. Everyone was getting pedicures. I had to get a refill nail technician. Emma did an amazing job took her time and made me feel super comfortable.! really love her designs and took her time to check in with me if I liked it

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I had a walk-in appointment, and they were able to accommodate me quickly with little wait on a Sunday afternoon, which was great since I was on a time crunch. Ni was my nail technician and I had a wonderful experience with both her and Nan the Spa Manager as well. I personally was having a hard time figuring out what color I wanted and I eventually picked one both were being very patient with me even though I was being in decisive. On top of that the original color I picked ended up not looking good on my skin tone and before I had to say anything Nan the manager came over and said the color was not right and to pick a new color and they will re do it. I was truly grateful that although I chose the wrong color tone for my skin they corrected it without me having to ask. To say the least I could have been a challenging and difficult client to someone and they were so patient loving and kind. I had a wonderful client experience and not to mention the facilities were very clean. Ni was a wonderful nail technician and extremely patient with me and finished with beautiful nails and color. Will definitely be back!
