my friends and i came here to use the pool. we didn’t know the rules when it came to guests and assumed as long as two of us lived there, it would be fine. this worker, i didn’t get her name, came out to the pool and yelled at us for not having wristbands and threatened to get us arrested for trespassing. as someone who has worked in customer service for years, this is not how you should treat your guests. i’m not coming back to this establishment.

We live 4 blocks from the “oooooh so exclusive” Fireside pool, yet we can’t access it as if it’s not DIRECTLY in the center of our community AS WELL. I’m starting a petition to allow access to the surrounding homes since the facility is NEVER used, I don’t see why we can’t pay a daily fee or include it in our HOA dues as well, which would make everyone else’s HOA dues go down since more people are contributing towards them. Something to think about HOA hall monitors. They said I don’t live in the community LMAO WHAT A JOKE.
