I went into the store at 5:55 on aSaturday night needing 2x 8D starting batteries. We were in a rush and needed to head North in the boat the following morning. I paid for them and was told to go the back to pick them up. One battery surface was covered in a dry white substance. I asked if it had been overcharged and was told something had spilled on it and it was fine. A few months later I had starting issues and found this battery was totally sulfated. I had it checked at a local battery place and I was told the battery was totally useless. I have called Fisheries Supply 4 times. Each time I was referred to the warranty person, Dave Smith. I left messages each time and he has never called back!

Needed Sikaflex 295UV and needed it urgently. Was very difficult to find, but not only did they have it, they overnighted it. Most places wanted to accept overnight shipping costs with the disclaimer that the order would be processed and shipped out the following day for overnight. Well, I don't know about you but when you're truly wanting overnight and willing to pay, that means next day in my book. Anyway, these guys came through, answered my questions over the phone and basically saved the mission! Thanks again!

Waited 15 minutes. Tried their callback system never got a call back. Tried calling again today 15 minutes. Finally got a live person said they were sending me to another department. Put me on voicemail. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I hope they’re making so much money that they don’t have to worry about negative reviews waste of time don’t call you might have a better chance showing up and getting what you need. Their phone service sucks.
