I joined FBBC since late April and have lost 10 pounds after 6 weeks. I love this bootcamp because the coaches genuinely care to correct your postures and every body size is welcomed. 30 minutes of workout do fly by fast but it’s still effective for my weight loss and improving my mental health. I do hope they can add some 45-minutes sessions like other FBBC locations for people like me who’s looking for more challenge.
