Fantastic group fitness style gym and community. Coaches are top notch, each bringing a diverse background of education, experience and style. There is an excellent balance of class types and equipment with a primary focus on either strength or cardio. For members seeking out more focused workouts Fitness in the City offers metabolic conditioning style workouts as well as a weight lifting specific class on Saturdays. I used to be in the camp of solo workouts in big box gyms. Once I discovered Fitness in the City I discontinued my solo fitness journey and never looked back. The community vibe here is friendly, energetic, and motivational. I highly recommend dropping in to check it out if you are interested in a group style fitness experience that is very approachable and welcoming to people of all fitness and experience levels from beginner to seasoned.

This is the experience my body was missing. Great, challenging, workouts in a cool space with a supportive community. I was working out in my apartment complex’s gym and that’s fine but what I was really wanting was a trainer like Stef who could take me me physical limits I don’t do on my own. I was looking for friendly competition with the people around me and I was looking for a space where people are kind to each other and fitness in the city does it all. I love this place.
