The place smelled like dog urine last time I was in there. Half the items are not on the shelves, and there's boxes everywhere full of items. The stuff that IS on the shelves is in complete disarray. And I see why: Only 1 person works in the entire store...- I don't even know why I go to any 5 below. Most items stop working after a couple of months. I am a cheap idiot who replaces iphone cords every 2 months for 3 years straight.

absolutely amazing, ive been to this five below store MANY times with my friend or by myself. my brother bought me the last strawberry perfume there for christmas, and i still use it. AND they have poprocks!! my brother's favorite candy. my only complaint is how messy it is, that's all. but sometimes i like it since it reminds me of this childhood store that i used to go to and it was always messy.

Stopped in after work and this was THE WORST Five Below I've ever been to. Products thrown any and everywhere. No organization and the floor was a hot mess... piles of swept garbage stuffed into corners. The staff just roamed around and did nothing to help the store that was in utter chaos despite there only being like 2 people in the store at the time. I only got 3 items because I couldn't stand to look through any more of the chaos!

came here today to a very messy store with boxes everywhere on the ground. the one employee working amongst all the chaos was doing an amazing job at a seemingly understaffed store all by himself, still with a positive attitude. i don’t know his name but he had long blonde hair; give this employee a raise. 🙏🏻
